Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return & Exchange Policy
We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is stated below.
We will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions are met:

The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item's product page.

The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and

The merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt.
